Pros
Some good people that are looking to move somewhere else. People take care each other as long you are part of a club and help you get promoted. None ones cares what value you bring in the company, join a club and be happy. Not a place to work if you are not part of a club.
Cons
The boys club is alive and well. People get promoted every one or two years as long as they are part of a boys club. HR has no power or cares to challenge the boys clubs. Incompetence is the king. Beware of all the 4 and 5 stars reviews they are all fake. No vision and no long term strategy.
