Pros
Dynamic environment. Customers expect a lot of RSA (quite rightly) and there are some great products that do some amazing things, particularly in the area of fraud detection
Cons
When I joined there was a huge disconnect (lack of trust) between the sales and consulting teams. This resulted in projects being sold without being properly scoped, and hence unhappy customers. Once this was sorted out, things did get better.
