Pros
good benefits, and pay is decent for the area clean work environment, company cares about safety some opportunity to move to a different job in the company
Cons
lots of overtime, but scheduled can be repetitive work can be hot in the summer in the plant union shop, not a bad thing but I don't know if it is a good thing either
