I don't find any cons. Some time dificult to reach HR team

Rarely meet some good people, and they end up leaving fast

I held out for 5 years and every year they consistently treated employees worse and worse. Terrible management and backstabbing employees, some of the truly worst people I met have gotten promoted into positions they weren’t qualified for while good employees were overlooked. Bad character is rewarded here. My final straw was after I was harassed by a new hire and HR basically did nothing about it. Police were involved, yet they told me there was nothing they could do and I needed to continue to work on the same project with them. 5 years sacrificed to a company just for them to treat loyal employees like this. Truly a garbage company who doesn’t give a damn about their employees.
