Pros

There are no pros when working for this company

Cons

This company is horrible to work for. No one there has integrity. You will constantly be on edge everyday, worried about if you will be layed off the next day. You apply for one job and they will give you 4 or 5 different other jobs to do as well that are not in your job description and refuse to pay you for it. The turnover rate is high and definitely not worth the stress and irritation.

Pros

RSi is in the middle of one of the most aggressive and meaningful transformations I’ve seen in healthcare services. The company genuinely wants to modernize, automate, and scale, rather than simply maintain the status quo. Leadership is increasingly focused on measurable outcomes, operational discipline, EBITDA improvement, and building technology into a competitive advantage instead of treating IT as overhead. There is significant opportunity to make an impact here. If you are someone who likes solving hard operational problems, driving automation, modernizing platforms, improving security/governance, and influencing executive-level decisions, your work will matter immediately. The organization is willing to invest in change when there is a clear business case and ROI. The culture rewards ownership, direct communication, and people who can execute. There is also a strong willingness to challenge legacy processes and rethink how revenue cycle operations should function in a more automated future.

Cons

The company is evolving quickly, which means there is a lot of change happening across technology, operations, and process standardization. For people who prefer highly structured environments with everything already built and documented, the pace may feel fast at times. That said, for leaders and operators who enjoy building, influencing direction, and helping shape the future state of an organization, this creates a rare opportunity to have visible impact. Many of the challenges being solved are meaningful, complex, and directly tied to growth and modernization.

Pros

Excellent Training was provided during onboarding.

Cons

They pride themselves on prioritizing family issues; however, during my employment with them, while I was on duty, I began to bleed heavily at 28 weeks into my pregnancy. I was airlifted by helicopter to a medical facility capable of safely delivering my son. Throughout this ordeal, I was reassured not to be concerned about my job security. While I was recuperating in the hospital, my son suffered a one-inch tear in his intestines, and I was informed that he might not survive the surgery. On that very day, I received an email from Human Resources requesting my resignation. This situation does not reflect a company that genuinely allows its employees to prioritize their families. Coupled with the harassment I experienced from the Mosaic Financial Collections department, and the lack of any action taken in response, earning a mere $21 per hour while being treated as an outcast, without support from management when I believed I had it, and facing harassment at work, truly is not worth it.
