Pros

Historical company. Reputation with their clients is good, securing some work even during slow times.

Cons

Terrible ownership since being bought out by Allied Resources Group. They will absolutely pass judgements on you on day 1 without ever so much as knowing what you look like, let alone meeting you or knowing what you can do in the job. I would know, as I was there when the corporate takeover took place. They treat all contract employees as second-class citizens. "No, you can't go to this holiday party in the Caymen islands that we're flying hundreds of people to on private jets." Compensation is terrible as well. Everyone made at least $10,000 less than they could have made at a competitor 2 miles away (Orbital Engineering).

Pros

Great staff to work with. Benefits are typical. Pay is above average for job description pay range. Small office not bogged down with bureaucracy (pro and con).

Cons

Leadership is single tiered. One leader, the rest are workers, even though there are titles like Project Manager and Engineering Manager. Severe micromanagement by General Manager instead of trusting individuals hired for Managerial positions. No sales force to generate steady workflow. No empowerment. No internal standards or processes (pro and con). An attractive list of customers, but no follow on work.
