Employee reviews are generally of very good quality, provide complementary views and give a good picture of the organization. All SaaS, easy to use, fast, immediate results.
Cons
The price can be very expensive, especially when used as a secondary source of information. Consider that usually candidates come directly or through Linkedin, so Glassdoor is 2nd or 3rd choice, spending a lot of money there doesn't seem attractive.
