WORST COMPANY EVER - I wish for negative marking here - Financial Controller RTL Group Employee Review

I worked for this company for 3 years. The finance team of this company works robots, they expect you to work for 18 hours a day with normal pay, no work-life balance, I was not able to see my family or celebrate any festival with them for whole 3 years. The CFO is the worst because for the employees are slaves. He just calls anyone at any time even at 9 pm expecting the work to be done by 12am. This company says that they give extra perks but they all are just bund of Frauds.
