Save yourself from the headache - Account Manager RTO National Employee Review

RTO management are crooks. In the last 5 months, they have cheated me out of $2100 in bonus money, When you call them on it, they start finding reasons to write you up and eventually terminate you. They don't put anything in writing and are constantly changing the rules. Human Resources is supposed to be neutral and do what's right, but they are just an extension of shady management. It's like working in a prison as they recently installed cameras all over the work floor. And all the talk of work culture and family values......it is all BS, The constant pressure to be "PERFECT" is unbearable. My health was affected so adversely, I had to seek counseling and even see a cardiologist. All that the owner and the management care about is the almighty dollar. So much so, that they will go to great lengths to change the narrative and gaslight the employee. So blessed to be away from there and I just wanted to give everyone a heads up.
