Pros
It's a great brand. Most people work independently. The office is nice and in a great location. The employee discount is generous.
Cons
The communication is very poor. The company use to have company wide meetings quarterly where strategies were discussed, business results were given , product launches happened and employees were recognized for milestones or contributions. All this disappeared. The company is overly tight on expenses, it's hard to get supplies and IT equipment is not up to date. It's hard to do your job without the right tools. The company has no "perks" outside of a well run St. Jude's campaign. There are too many meetings that are not well organized. A small group of executives make most of the decisions, so things don't move as fast as they should.
