Many lifelong employees without much desire to improve Lackluster benefits (and trending downwards), low raises Advancement is based upon tenure, not skills or performance Incredible amount of red tape and bureaucracy make getting things done challenging Inflexible work from home policy. Routinely expected to drive to work during blizzard conditions. I agree with the other reviews that stated “like swimming in maple syrup” and “company always comes first, even at the expense of the employee”. I went in holding Raytheon in the highest regard and left sorely disappointed.
