Pros
Loved working at Raytheon, had a great team, loved the work I did and learned a lot. Working there contributed to me leveling up in my next position, overall I had a great time working there I was just ready for something different
Cons
I don't really have much that I didn't enjoy while working there, the only reason I left was because I wanted to do something a little different and I originally was going to apply to move to a different location but stay with the company, but an opportunity came along for the same position with another company and offered much more money.
