Pros

*Decent ed lot *Solid sick leave and holiday entitlement *Work from home

Cons

*Contant feeling that we're expected to go along with it and act like everything's great. If you don't you get sidelined and they'll grass you up *It's all a bit patronising *No real way to progress *Endless waffling in an attempt to be the centre of attention *Hours stuck in meetings with long-winded explanations about how things will get easier but there's always some new faff to deal with *A rush to show off and look rushed off their feet *Poxy pressure to perform beyond a reasonable limit *The industry's up the spout but to be fair the senior bods are having a go

Pros

- An intelligent company that understands and embraces remote work - Some of the kindest and most talented people I've ever worked with - Encouragement from leadership to pursue new ideas and build on them - A dynamic cross-section of assignments spanning different mediums - Team and company wide recognition of employee achievements - Generous PTO

Cons

I miss the team off-sites. It was such a warm and memorable experience to see your teammates and connect over food and drink.

Pros

Good coworkers, decent benefits, interesting work, remote

Cons

I’ve been with the company for several years and have seen it go through a number of changes, but the most recent shifts in management have been particularly concerning. New managers, while enthusiastic, don’t appear to have much real-world experience in this type of role. Decisions are often made without considering how things have successfully operated in the past, and there’s a noticeable lack of practical understanding of the work. Instead, there’s been an increased focus on rigid enforcement of policies and arbitrary targets that don’t reflect the realities of the job. It’s hard not to question how someone with such a limited background was placed into this position in the first place. It feels like there may have been factors other than merit involved, which is frustrating for those of us who have put in the time and effort to grow with the company. There are people within the team who already understand the content, the challenges, and the required pace of the work, and it’s disappointing that this kind of internal knowledge doesn’t seem to be valued when deciding who should be entrusted with leading a team that was already performing well but now feels increasingly destabilized under inexperienced oversight. Many who used to enjoy working here are now reconsidering their future.
