      The staff on the ground is amazing,

      Cons

      The C-Suite is very inconsiderate of their staff. How do you demote a whole department in the name of betterment for the business without consideration for the staff and reduce their pay to a salary from 5 years ago? Disrespectful.

      Health benefits and competitive pay

      Cons

      Poor management; Company preaches an “open-door policy” but they don’t actually follow it. Same with their “zero retaliation policy”… they’ll retaliate if you speak up and protect themselves at all costs and reprimand you instead of addressing the issue.
