Extremely unorganized, no processes put in place to succeed - Manager RWJBarnabas Health Employee Review

Terrible upper management, expects you to read minds and do things correctly without any Standard operating procedures or guidance. When you can not read their mind they get upset. When you speak up about conflicts they are shut down and you are made to be the problem. I have a laundry list of things wrong with this company but I don't think I have the room to express them all here, would not recommend this company
