      Focus of management sometimes skewed Chronic understaffing Poor inter/extra-departmental communication No upwards mobility (or rather, the coms of upward mobility outweigh the pros)

      Health benefits and competitive pay

      Cons

      Poor management; Company preaches an “open-door policy” but they don’t actually follow it. Same with their “zero retaliation policy”… they’ll retaliate if you speak up and protect themselves at all costs and reprimand you instead of addressing the issue.
