Can get quiet at times in the office, feels more like a library with individuals rather than a group.

RWR maintains a positive, friendly, and casual office environment, with a great deal of interaction between senior leadership and interns. RWR operates Inteltrak, which is the most comprehensive collection of Russian and Chinese foreign investment, and all levels of the company will gain a great deal of experience in the subject matter as well as the data collection techniques necessary for updating Inteltrak.

On the lower level, much of the updates required for Inteltrak are supplemented by a great deal of basic data entry, much of which is done by the interns.
