      Pros

      Fun working environment (theme park in my case). Management was super cool and fun to talk to. Meet lots of new people.

      Cons

      You live with the people you work with. Disagreements are inevitable which is made worse by the fact you are with that person 24/7. Taxed twice (two separate state taxes, one being New York tax rate). RWS definitely sugar coated the last contract I took.

      Great working outdoors management was amazing and direct Many kool perks If we were finished daily tasks esrly. We were sent home early Weekends off

      Working in tge ra I n and or cold depending on the elements Crew size was relatively small
