I've been working at RXO for 3 yrs now and it has been a fun time. The work is challenging but rewarding. The client we support allows us to partner with them and make thousands of customers happy daily with RXO completing final mile deliveries. It is satisfying to know that the work you do every day touches and impacts another human in a positive way. It is also a great place to advance your career, the Company is growing and there are consistent opportunities to grow your career and yourself. Truly a great place to work.

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Employee retention is an issue.
The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience.
Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
