Pros

I came to RXO as part of the Coyote acquisition late last year. So far it's been a great experience! We're in the middle of integrating both companies which comes with new challenges and new opportunities. I've started my new role and I am looking forward to making a positive impact! I love that they match up to 5% for our 401k's and that leadership cares about having a positive office environment. They provided clear return-to-office expectations that prioritize a positive, collaborative in-office environment that are equitable across all teams and positions.

Cons

Understandably there have been a few minor hiccups as part of the integration. Our department is starting with our new roles and structure as of the beginning of this quarter, so everyone is getting acclimated to their new positions and responsibilities. So we look forward to what's to come!

Pros

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.

Cons

Still new to the organization, so I have not identified any significant concerns at this time.

Pros

Many opportunities to learn from some very bright coworkers. All the lateral moves your heart desires.

Cons

Employee retention is an issue. The practice of laying off good workers to either replace them with cheaper, incompetent workers and/or put a heavier workload on your exceptional employees will inevitably cause turnover and impact the customer’s experience. Upper management’s expectations do not align with what is actually feasible.
