Huge focus on growth both internally and externally. Continued buy-in from leadership. Ability to learn and understand different sides of the business being under your own P&L branch(s). Room for growth both laterally and vertically. I have the support from my superiors to learn, grow and execute on my responsibilities, and also have the trust and buy-in from them. It has been an exciting time to get to look under the hood from a different lense now that we are in a P&L branch model and this will help me tremendously in growing as a well-rounded leader in both people and performance leadership.
