Worst company to work for. Employees are often treated like they are expected to work 24/7, with no regard for work-life balance. One of the most disappointing aspects is the lack of support from management. Srikanth only seems to respond when there is a project requirement. If you don't have an active project, it's difficult to get any response or assistance. Employees deserve respect and equal treatment regardless of their project status. A healthy workplace should value people, not just the work they deliver.
Cons
If the company has no intention of giving employees a work anniversary coupon or reward, then it shouldn't announce one in the first place. Announcing a work anniversary and creating expectations, only to provide nothing afterward, feels cheap and disappointing. Employees appreciate genuine recognition. If you're going to celebrate work anniversaries, make sure the appreciation is meaningful rather than just an announcement.
