Pros
1 - Top class culture - Everyone from the sales teams through to design, production and marketing are collaborative and huge fun. 2 - Independence - This is a company which rewards hard work with strong degree of independence. So long as you are putting in the effort and doing your best, you decide how you work. 3 - Entrepreneurial - it doesn't matter how long you have been in the business your opinion still matters and you can carve out your own destiny to a certain degree (i.e. launching new products, leading internal initiatives etc) 4 - Training - I joined as a Publishing Manager with no experience in B2B sales whatsoever. I was concerned that (a) I would be thrown into the deep end and (b) that I would be joining a 'Wolf of Wallstreet' style sales team. Both couldn't have been further from the truth - there is so much training and support, and this is intelligent sales rather than smashing the phones.
Cons
As a relatively young company it's to be expected, but sometimes internal processes and technology weren't perhaps as strong as they could be.
