Pros
A great company full of great people. I loved my time at Raconteur and would recommend it to anyone looking to get into B2B sales. I was given lots of help at the beginning of my career from senior management, which is available for those who are prepared to ask for it. High achieving sales people are very well remunerated and gain fantastic selling exposure to some of the most senior business leaders across industry (e.g. CMOs at the world's largest companies). The Campaign Manager role requires a lot of responsibility - you are expected to finance a project in its entirety and manage a sales cycle from start to finish. This, combined with each project having a different industry focus, and a great company culture, makes for an awesome experience.
Cons
Company culture has always been a massive part of Raconteur and this has slightly suffered since the transition to remote working. I think Slack (pretty much the sole form of communication) gives people the licence to speak to others in a way they wouldn't in person - occasionally leading to unnecessary tensions between employees. Remote working can also impact efficiency - with things not always happening as quickly as they have previously. All in all though, it's a great place to work and I'm sure these issues aren't isolated to Raconteur.
