Pros
The people really make this company great. You are given permission to be your full self at work which is refreshing. There are regular events organised by Diversity and Inclusion champions to promote inclusivity within the company as well as a great focus on employee wellbeing. Has a comprehensive benefits package with excellent support for all staff
Cons
The company has grown very quickly, and has almost been a victim of its own success. Some processes are a little outdated and need to be refined, but management are taking all the appropriate steps to resolve this
