Pros
Raconteur is the best company I've ever worked for. Since my first day working here, I was made to feel very welcome and part of the family (I'm aware of the cliche, but this is really true at Raconteur). I have never worked with such a talented, ambitious and kind group of people. This is a company where you can be yourself at work and your opinions matter. It is truly inspiring to be part of such a collaborative team (not always the case in sales) and where everyone is so dedicated. I have worked at Raconteur for three years across four different roles which I'm very grateful for (started as a campaign manager and moved into management and sales enablement). There are excellent opportunities to learn and grow; the senior leadership team recognises your hard work and are very hands-on when it comes to supporting the team. I wish Raconteur and the team the very best!
Cons
Raconteur has been through some big changes recently. There has been a restructure of the whole team and 2024 is a crucial year for the company. However, there is a strong plan in place and I believe the leadership is very well equipped to make it a success!.
