Pros

Not many, benefits are good if you are able to get converted from temporary

Cons

Horrible environment, no positive feedback for your job performance, they only pick apart things you do not do the way they expect. Lack of communication with employees, they provide poorly operating equipment and you do not even have access to all of the resources and programs you need and IT can never seem to figure it out. Add to this the mandatory overtime they make you work and the involuntary undertime, the horrible people scoring your calls that refuse to even correct their own mistakes when you point it out, and the lack of management concern for this, just leads to a poorly managed company. The pay is not even in line with the industry, go somewhere else and get paid correctly for the work you do, this place is not worth it.
