Regarding recent negative feedback, particularly the accusation that the former CTO was undermining the product or was difficult. it's pertinent to highlight the former CTO's hands-on technical proficiency, fervor, and commitment to innovation. He was admired and respected by many. He engineered a product with significant potential, capable of surpassing current market offerings. Regrettably, with so many leadership changes, there was a lack of alignment within, regarding the directive from a previous CEO in support of this vision. Concerning VendorNet, which is what I am assuming you are referring too, since there was so much contention to changes in that group- the reason there was a push to innovate was because, it was an antiquated architecture, resulting in substantial maintenance overhead due to over 50+ versions to support it was hard to scale and build resiliency. It's unfortunate that broader support for transitioning to an enterprise-grade solution was not achieved. As a former employee of Radial, I look back fondly on my tenure and collaboration with the former CTO. My time there allowed me to accumulate a wealth of technical expertise. My decision to depart was solely motivated by the company's shift away from the domains and technologies I was engaged in, a strategic business decision that prompted me to explore other avenues aligned with my professional aspirations - happens in every company. To those who persist in negativity, I urge you to redirect your focus. It's time to move forward. As for those who persist in criticizing the former CTO, perhaps it's worth introspecting on your own capacity for change and innovation. Making a difference often requires perseverance, change and dedication.
