      If your a smoker its good for you unlimited smoke breaks here.

      Cons

      They never appreciate you, politics is so high. They promote people base on connection not on performance. Salaries are low compared to other company.

      Nice people to work with

      Cons

      Low pay, bad management, don't hold people accountable, conflict of interest is a common occurrence within the office. Company does very little to boost employee morale. Also, your previous work experience will not get you any added compensation so I would recommend that you work for someone that can actually pay you.
