Pros

Good co-workers. Close to downtown Salt Lake City. Very little micromanagement.

Cons

The company has no direction and continually works to stay just ahead of its next mistake. New products are rushed, buggy, and are poorly implemented. Compensation is ridiculously low when compared to comparable positions at other companies. Management claims to have an open ear to issues but either nothing is ever done, or new policies are implemented that worsen the situation. Communication between departments is poor and leaves customer dissatisfied and looking elsewhere. There are no measures of accountability in place which leaves hardworking employees 'out to dry' and poor employees floating along while others are carrying their load.

Pros

Very nice coworkers. Benefits are just OK.

Cons

Very antiquated systems! Everything is done by hand on excel sheets. Traffic, orders, inventory... everything! We have had 3 comp plans since Jan. The second commision plan was rolled out right before Memorial Wknd, was not in writing and we were told that it was retroactive to April 1st. The latest comp plan is the most ludicrous commision structure that I have ever seen in my 20+ years of sales. It's a rolling plan based off % to budget and the budgets are unrealistic and unattainable! Most companies will take last yrs actual sales and give you a 10% budget increase. Not Radiate, this company just randomly gives you a sales budget with no rhyme or reason. One person might have a 10% increase and someone else will have a 50% increase. There is no equality when it comes to setting budgets. It's just a dart throw by a mgr who is blindfolded. Basically, nice base with a lousy comp plan.
