Pros
Flat organization, every body is happy working there. Everybody is approachable. And due to the layout of the office, everybody can reach everybody.
Cons
Relatively low compensation, compared to other radio station in the area. Slow marketing pace might have something to do with the low compensation to the rest of the team.
