Pros
Radio Flyer is truly a great place to work. When I first started, the onboarding process was unlike any I had previously done with other employers. You meet each employee face to face, and go through a variety of classes to help teach you about the company and different departments. The culture is well communicated and followed by everyone there. They offer a variety of employee perks, including standing desks, employee discounts and a very cool office space (recently awarded one of the coolest offices in Chicago). The office is full of eager employees who often will eat lunch together in the cafe (unlike my last employer where everyone ate at their desks). Everyone is a high performer, and the expectation is set to be that way. The company has a strong vision for the future, and works to enrich the lives of its consumers and employees. It's hard to not like working for a company that creates products for children to enjoy!
Cons
No real downsides, the office is a bit of a commute for most but the space is makes up for the commute.
