Wouldn't recommend - Community Support Worker Radis Community Care Employee Review

Management treat members of staff with no respect. You ask for help and it's refused but when mistakes happen you get into trouble. Office staff refuse to help even you are running behind. Management are more interested in going out for cigarettes rather then helping. You work long days without a 10 minute break because staff are constantly leaving because of the way they are treated. Service users are frustrated and take it out on the carer's when they are trying to do their best.
