Pros

The senior and junior level designers, engineers and human factor specialists are all really nice and easy to get along with with

Cons

They insist that they are in the Boston "Metro Area" and that is a lie. Far away from the city in a tiny town. The upper management is not very open minded and the place is full of white guys in polo t shirts.

Radius Innovation & Development Response

It is true we are not located in Boston, but that doesn't stop us from servicing in that area. It is also nice to commute against traffic instead of having our employees spend their valuable time sitting in it. Our team is made up of diverse individuals that help shape Radius into the great company that it is. We are an equal employment opportunity organization and welcome diversity.

Pros

The Silicon Valley team has been carefully crafted and has been very fun to work with. We are always working on challenging projects and luckily we have very talented designers and engineers on staff to produce incredible results for our clients. The workload can be pretty demanding but it doesn't feel as daunting knowing that your team will be willing to help and stay late if you need to get something completed. The culture is lively and comical (in a good way), and the managing directors always make sure their employees are treated to luncheons, social outings & dinners, and feel appreciated. While the Jabil offices may sometime feel like quiet study rooms, we prefer to keep things alive and fresh in our studios. I came on board because of the projects I would be working on, but I'm staying because of the people I get to work with.

Cons

Due to the Jabil structuring, there seems to be too many hoops to jump through for fulfilling simple requests. This isn't a negative on Radius but its connection with Jabil. There has been a big push on allowing all of the studios to operate with less restriction from Jabil but that has not come to fruition.

Pros

Small teams provided a lot of experience to jump in and help with different aspects of projects

Cons

Also meant that team members had to fulfill multiple roles.
