This is a great company if you are comfortable with challenges and have a willingness to develop and maintain skills. The leadership team have real business and personal integrity. While everything may not be perfect (is it ever), there is a wide latitude provided to team members to allow them to take ownership, be creative and solve the customer challenges. You can bring your own personal value to the table. Your point of view and ideas will be heard. My experience is that the leadership will do the right thing and reward commitment and effort.
