New clients all the time, everyday is different when you work at a client's home. It's rewarding making people happy for good service you provide.
Cons
Huge turnover in management, staffing department. No PTO available, zero pay when on vacation or taking sick days off. Staff listens to the client over the caregiver. The people they send you to can be difficult to work with. Unfortunately as a Care aid you'll be paid low wages, so don't expect to get rich.
