Great Job for part time students

Working for this company was the most stressful time of my career. Majority of people are fine from other centers, but mine was a complete poop show 99% of the time firstly, the overseer of everyone was just an entitled person who picked favorites amongst all the teachers and pretended like she was the mother of everyone this job was supposed to be about working with kids to give them what they needed however it was never focused around kids. It was always focused around the drama between the teachers and staff. A lot of people would come in and quit after like a couple weeks or a month people would go home crying almost every single day because they had no idea what they were doing, and we’re not properly trained to take care of children at all. Majority of the time I would leave extremely upset because our center management was so rude and entitled specifically to certain people of the staff others however that she picked favoritism upon had free will to do whatever they pleased and be in whatever environment that they want to other teachers were equally entitled and would speak extremely harshly on others instead of taking responsibility for their own actions it was extremely weird. It felt like Lord of the flies. If you wanna work in childcare, go to school and become a real teacher this is a company that thinks that they are real teachers but they are just glorified after school babysitters. On top of that to increase your pay, they want you to take classes towards that job however it is not worth it because of the pay raise is nothing in compared to the tuition money that you will spend. This job was all around, taking way too seriously by everyone, and it should have been a very lighthearted and fun job based around kids and their learning and instead was made into a dramatic center where everyone thinks that they are in control of everything that’s going on. Also, if you are one minute late, they will write you up. Your shift is at least 30 to 40 hours a week and you are extremely exhausted after every single day.
