Kids can be fun, low pressure environment most of the time, easy to move up quickly in some cases
Cons
Unprofessional, illegal labor practices, people play favorites and every move is political, directors and higher ups are not very well educated and don’t know how to manage a team of people, employees who don’t pull their weight are never addressed
