low-stress environment, great potential for growth because of high turn over, flexible for part time positions, bonuses, family environment in store, very hands on, provides great lessons on how to run a small business (due to lacking items below)

company doesn't pay for many national holidays, poor recruiting efforts and quality, old fashioned technology, many store locations are in poor condition, low pay for expect responsibilities, lacking operational efficiency with company changes
