Pros

There are no pros for working at a toxic place.

Cons

I joined the college in August as counsellor with a work from home job. When I joined my salary was agreed as per online job and they agreed to change it when offline colleges start. Since colleges have reopened in Nagpur, they called and asked me to come and work on same pay scale, which was not acceptable to me, so I resigned. According to their organisation policy, after resignation a 30 day notice period had to be served. But, instead of accepting my resignation with notice period, they terminated my services immediately, which was unfair to me because in the notice period, I would also have looked for a job. I called the HR to discuss this and she said it was dean's decision. I opposed against this decision and said it was malpractice and I would complaint against these, because of which they terminated my time sheet account. My time sheets of last month were also not approved which are a mandate for salary payment, which indicates they would not be paying for my services last month and not abide by their notice period policy. I want to complain against such practice and unfair treatment towards their employee because they are in power and position. They are taking undue advantage and exploiting their employee.
