Overworked Underpaid - Marketing Raizcorp Employee Review

Raizcorp has a truly amazing culture. Employees are authentically friendly, eager to support and help, and really care about their work. The high performance means you work really hard, so boredom is super low. I love popcorn wednesdays, wearing sneakers on Fridays and all the fun activities that take place. The business functions on very fair principles and practices. You have a voice. It's a different business all together.

Lower opportunity for rapid growth as the business is not a large corporate. Not a suitable environment for people with big egos and a need to feel self important. Really not ideal for people wanting an easy 8 - 5 job - you have to give of yourself at Raizcorp. If you want work-from-home opportunities, this is not the right employer for you.
