Pros
There is never a shortage of work to do and you are always exposed to things that you might not otherwise be involved in if you worked for a larger company. Employee lunch on Tuesdays is a perk, as is the fridge stocked with food and drinks. The staff at FreeCause are generally very friendly and I really enjoy working with them.
Cons
It is very easy to feel under appreciated as an employee. Unless you are loud about the work that you have completed, it tends to go unnoticed with a feeling that 'someone had to do it'. Certain people are constantly receiving multiple promotions.
