Performance is largely based on the referral program (signing people up to phone plans) Bonuses are always cut, never 100% The company is free to move you whenever/ wherever they wish, against you and/or your manager's wishes. HR is completely unprofessional, not really on the company's side or your side. Needs a hard look at by upper management.
