I have been working with Rakuten Symphony for over 2 years now, and I’ve been really impressed and satisfied with the overall culture of the company. We see that the company is constantly working towards improving the employee experience and making things better every day. It’s great to be in a place where new ideas are encouraged and actually put into action. The company’s growth journey has been very inspiring. One thing that stands out is how everyone is focused on doing their best and continuously improving. The senior leadership is very customer focused and pushes teams to perform at their best. At the same time, they are approachable and supportive. The leaders and peers are super helpful, collaborative, and easy to work with. What I enjoy the most is that every day brings something new to learn, which keeps the work interesting and meaningful.
