Pros
Supportive, friendly, trusting and positive working environment. Management treat you like an equal and there doesn't feel like there's a hierarchy. Staff are looked after well by the HR team and by each other and there are some great employee benefits including discounts on dining, accommodation, spa treatments etc. plus a free stay at the hotel every year which is a nice reward. Lots of training and development opportunities too which is good and the HR team genuinely want to keep everyone happy and continue to improve the culture, benefits and the way things are done around the hotel. I found it really hard to leave Ralph Trustees/The Grove which I think just goes to show how great the company is as a place to work.
