Chill environment, very laid back

Don’t get good raises. .50 a year max

Decent benefits, some latitude to innovate. Good immediate supervisor (plant manager).

Poor upper management (this was back in 2014); focus on short-term profit rather than long-term growth. Poor work-life balance. Shifts could be changed with only a few days' notice depending on production needs.
