Project locations are always discussed during the hiring process, new recruits from the surrounding area are given preference and for existing employees, we carefully consider travel logistics. Site managers, in particular, ordinarily receive company transport and are compensated for driving time to ensure fair support. While we don’t always choose where our clients’ incredible estates and properties are located, we are continuously inspired by our team’s dedication.
