      Really cheap healthcare and dental that was accepted most places

      Cons

      Dirty with high turnover and constantly being flipped by venture capitalists who want to continually pinch every penny out the place

      Loved the job and the people. Pay was decent.

      Pros

      Steady work.. Overtime.. Decent pay after a few years.. Solid vacation package.. We get a ham at Christmas

      Cons

      Lay offs every year.. Always short staffed.. no lunch break.. only off on Sundays.. High benefits.. Took away our yearly bonus.. Took away our "weekly" production bonus.. Took away one of our federal holidays.. HR is a revolving door.. 4 plant managers in 4 years
