Be prepared for Disorganization - Anonymous employee RapTV Employee Review

My time at RapTV has been extremely impactful for my career. The fast-paced work environment keeps every day interesting and beneficial. The team is extremely fun to work with, as everyone brings different perspectives and is driven to positively impact the audience.

There are not many downsides. The team is lean, so you have to wear a lot of hats. I view this as a pro since it means more opportunities to grow and learn, but for some, it can be considered a con.

Great team, upward mobility, great learning environment.

Tough work/life balance with having to always be locked in. Not great benefits.
