      - Company culture, team and talent - Work life balance with ride Wednesdays - Amazingly generous coffee and snack provisions - Great office facilities - Some very talented colleagues - Cycling discounts / perks

      - Frequent change of direction - Weak leadership, frequently changing - Loss of an incredible founder and leader - With that a loss of authenticity of the brand - Office location isn't pleasant or in a safe area for women

      Low traffic cafe, so there's a lot of down time if you're into that

      Cons

      management is poor. They should learn not to fuss over every little thing. Might save them a few inches on their hairline.
